SHIPPING
Currently all merchandise is shipped via the United States postal service using Priority Mail service with delivery confirmation. The Kentland Volunteer Fire Dept. will not be held responsible for items once placed into the USPS carrier services. Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to file any claims of lost or non delivered items through the USPS customer service. The Kentland Volunteer Fire Dept will assist in tracking through the USPS service where available but will not be held responsible for any replacement merchandise or refunds.
