Currently all merchandise is shipped via the United States postal service using Priority Mail service with delivery confirmation. The Kentland Volunteer Fire Dept. will not be held responsible for items once placed into the USPS carrier services. Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to file any claims of lost or non deilivered items through the USPS customer service. The Kentland Volunteer Fire Dept will assist in tracking through the USPS service where available but will not be held responsible for any replacement merchandise or refunds. Stickers and Patches may be shipped via first class mail at the sole discretion of the Kentland Volunteer Fire Department.
